May 1 to Dec 10, 2011: - $900/wk
Dec. 11, 2011 to Jan 07, 2012: $1,300/wk
Jan. 08 to April 30, 2011: $1,100/wk
Easter 2011: April 16-29: $1,300/wk
Nightly Rates (minimum 3 nights)
Rate: $200/night

Check-In and Check-Out Days & Times
Check-in is 4pm on the day of your first night and Check-out iis 10 a.m. of the day after your last day. e.g. For a one week stay, arrive Saturday for 4:00 o'clock check-in and check out the next Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

Payment
1) We request that you send us payment using our online payment system or by cheque or money order for half the total amount due immediately in order for us to confirm your booking. We cannot confirm your booking until we have received this payment.

2) We ask that you send us the second half of your total amount due no later than one month before your first night (if your first night is December 12th, we need to receive your payment by November 12th), otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your booking in order to offer our villa for the dates you requested to another customer who will respect these rules.

Cancellation Policy
1) If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days prior to your reservation start date, we will reimburse you for the full amount of your deposit.

2) In the event of a cancellation between 30 and 60 days prior to your reservation start date, for any reason, we commit to returning the amount of your first payment on the condition that we were able to rent our villa for the period you originally requested minus all money handling fees and minus a 10% administration charge. If we were not able to rent our villa for the period you originally requested, we will not reimburse your first payment.

3) If you fail to send us your second payment for the second half of your total amount due by the stipulated deadline (30 days prior to reservation start date), we will automatically cancel your reservation and we will return the amount of your first payment on the condition that we were able to rent our villa for the period of your original reservation minus all money handling fees and minus a 10% administration charge. If we were unable to rent Casa Alyssa for the period of your original reservation, we will not reimburse any of your payment.

What is Included for the Price
We agree to provide you full access to Casa Alyssa, which has three bedrooms two queen-size beds plus two twin beds), three full bathrooms, one fold-out sofa that can sleep two, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, all linen, bath towels,
beach towels, ice coolers, folding beach chairs and body boards.

Pet & Smoking Policy
There is strictly no smoking inside Casa Alyssa. Smoking is allowed on the patio or anywhere outside, but it is strictly mandatory
to use the ashtrays provided for all cigarette butts. No pets will be permitted anywhere on the premise.
Age and Maximum Occupancy Restrictions
There is no age restriction at Casa Alyssa. The maximum number of people who can stay at Casa Alyssa simultaneously is 8 (not
counting babies or toddlers under two years).

General House Rules
1) No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear
2) No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay
3) All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher
4) No linens are lost or damaged
5) No Early check-in or late check-out
6) No daily maid service: while linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the
rental rate, however, is available at an additional rate
7) FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance
payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
8) WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
9) HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given unless:
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area"
and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a
vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical
Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
i. Any unused portion of rent from a guest whose stay coincides with the Hurricane Warning period
ii. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to
come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
iii. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the
"Hurricane Warning" period
